International cooperation is seen as a key factor in SEAMEO RETRAC development.
In addition to helping the Center become more globally competitive in the increasingly
changing world, international cooperation activities have proved instrumental
in enhancing and expanding such educational programs and services currently offered
at the Center.
International cooperation activities
Focusing on the following priorities:
Enhancing the SEAMEO sister center network to promote SEAMEO overall strengths
in different mandates;
Closely working with different international, regional, and national educational
institutions to implement cooperation programs and services;
Developing collaboration and partnership for training, research, exchange
and other academic activities; and,
Implementing capacity-building programs for sustainable development.
