SEAMEO RETRAC

Conference Information

MOET and SEAMEO RETRAC will jointly organize the International Conference on Decentralization in Higher Education from a Global Perspective: Implications for Vietnam and the Region in Ho Chi Minh City, from July 29-30, 2010.

The global education has witnessed a remarkable growth and change in higher education recently. There exists an increasing competition on the global arena among higher education institutions (HEIs) in terms of training quality. The competition requires that a greater concern should be paid to the role of HEIs in terms of curriculum improvement, personnel recruitment and resource allocation.
