Registration Fee
The registration fee, for both presenters and participants, is for covering conference materials, lunches, tea breaks, conference certificates and other conference related direct costs.
For Vietnamese Participants/Presenters:
| – Early bird registration (Online payment before June 01, 2019): | 1,200,000 VND |
| – Online regular registration (Online payment from June 01, 2019): | 1,500,000 VND |
| – On-spot Registration (On-spot payment): | 1,800,000 VND |
For International Participants/Presenters:
| – Early bird registration (Online payment before June 01, 2019): | 200 USD |
| – Online regular registration (Online payment from June 01, 2019): | 250 USD |
| – On-spot Registration (On-spot payment): | 300 USD |
Group registration
10% off for the registration of a group from 10 to 15 participants
15% off for the registration of a group above 16 participants

Registration fee payment will not be refunded for any reasons.
2. On-spot Payment
On-spot payment is available at the conference venue. However, it is advisable to register and pay your registration fee online to secure your place at the conference.
