DFS Faculty Meeting in 2014

Division of Foreign Studies (DFS) organized a periodical faculty meeting on January 24, 2014. The meeting aimed to give the faculty an update on the training programs, curricula, textbooks, and issues related to the teachers, to review DFS Academic Activities in 2013 and to propose an action plan for the development of the Division in 2014.

On January 07, 2014, in coordination with National Geographic Learning (Cengage Learning), SEAMEO RETRAC organized the training workshop on “Building IELTS-Focused Skills & Strategies with Pre-IELTS Students” at its premises. Christmas Festival 2013

On December 22, 2013, SEAMEO RETRAC organized Christmas festival for more than 2,300 Kiddy students. Warmly welcomed by Santa Claus, all the students were excited about playing Christmas games and receiving presents from Santa Claus.

Training Workshops for English Oral and Written Examiners and Test Organizers

At the invitation from the Vietnam’s National Foreign Languages 2020 Project (NFL 2020 Project), six staff and teachers from SEAMEO RETRAC, headed by Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa My, Dean of Division of Foreign Studies, attended the training workshops for Oral and Written Examiners and Test Organizers at The University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS) from December 11 to 18, 2013.
