The Conference’s Organizing Committee is inviting the submission of abstracts (maximum 300 words), including a brief biography(ies) of the writers/authors by the deadlines indicated below. Content of the papers must be related to the theme and/or sub themes of the Conference (avoiding those covering overly theoretical content or introduction of the presenter’s institution).

The abstract should not exceed more than 300 words, using MS Word format. The abstract should be proceeded by such information as the title of the paper, the name(s), institutional affiliations of the author(s), postal address, telephone number and e-mail address of the author(s). The font should be Times New Roman, in 12pt and single space needed.

The abstract should be electronically submitted to  internationalconference@vnseameo.org, by August 31, 2026. The announcement of abstracts that have been accepted for presentation at the Conference will be within 15 working days of receipt (not including weekends) and by no later than September 15, 2026.

All accepted abstracts will appear in the Conference’s proceedings.
