For more than 15 years, this conference has brought together leading educators, researchers, and practitioners from around the world. Hosted by SEAMEO RETRAC in collaboration with Curtin University, we are proud to continue this tradition on August 14–15, 2025, at the SEAMEO Regional Training Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
