Registration and Fee
Payment of registration fee must be done online with registration fee details are as follows:
- Early Bird registration (Online payment before June 6, 2019) USD 200
- Regular registration (Online paymentby June 24, 2019) USD 250
- Regular registration (On-spot payment) USD 300
The registration fees for Vietnamese citizens are as follows:
- Early Bird registration (Online payment before June 6, 2019) VND 1,100,000
- Regular registration (Online payment by June 24, 2019) VND 1,300,000
- Regular registration (On-spot payment) VND 1,600,000
Registration fee is used to cover conference materials, lunches, tea breaks, conference certificates and other conference related direct costs. Registration fee payment will not be refunded for any reasons.

On-spot Payment
On-spot payment for registration can be done at the conference venue,SEAMEO RETRAC, 35 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on the first day of the Conference (July 4, 2019). Please email us (internationalconference2019@vnseameo.org) or call us at (84-28) 3 8245618 (Ext: 126) in advance if you prefer this way of payment. However, it is advisable to register and pay your participation online to secure your place at the conference.
Registration fee for Speakers
International speakers
The registration fee for chosen international presenter will be at USD 160. In case there are co-authors of the paper selected, only one key author will pay the registration fee of USD 160, the others will have to pay the registration fee like other participants as aforementioned.
Vietnamese speakers
The registration fee for chosen Vietnamese presenter will be at VND 1,000,000. In case there are co-authors of the paper selected, only one key author will pay the registration fee of VND 1,000,000, the others will have to pay the registration fee like other participants as aforementioned.
