Due to Agreements on Visa Exemption to Vietnam, all foreign participants and presenters are advised to check whether or not a visa is needed by visiting the website portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam at the link lanhsuvietnam.gov.vn or contacting the nearest Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in their country. For a Vietnam visa, you can apply:
- at the official website of Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in your country; or
- online at the Vietnam Immigration Department. Please visit the official website of the Vietnam Immigration Department at xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn to check for the list of countries eligible for E-visa and the application procedures.
To assist you in the visa processing, once you have registered and paid to attend, we can issue a letter which confirms that you have registered and paid to participate in the conference. In this case, please complete a form at the link: https://bit.ly/CONFIRMATION-LETTER-REGUES. This will provide the information needed to create your letter, but please check the information carefully before submitting the form. Please be informed that the processing of your visa application may be longer than anticipated; hence, it is essential that the form above be completed before October 30, 2023.
