The Overseas Study Unit (OSD) belongs to the International Development Department (IDD) of SEAMEO RETRAC. This Unit was established in 1998, just 2 years after the Center has come into operation since 1996, and its mission is to support and assist Vietnamese people to pursue excellence education regardless of level and age.

With more than 23 years of experience, we are proud to be one of the most trusted counselling agencies with hundreds of international educational partners worldwide. SEAMEO RETRAC OSD offers a wide range of study abroad solutions from high school, college, pre-university, university and postgraduate levels to vocational courses, professional courses as well as short-term language training for not only Vietnamese students but also educators, schools administrators and leaders.
