Teaching Assistant Training for the Children’s English Program 2026

To enhance teaching quality and ensure consistency in classroom support, SEAMEO RETRAC organized a training workshop for Teaching Assistants of the Children’s English Program in late March 2026.

The workshop focused on strengthening classroom support skills, student management, coordination with teachers, as well as professional conduct, communication skills, and the handling of pedagogical situations for the Teaching Assistant team at the Center.

Through discussions, scenario-based activities, and experience sharing, the Teaching Assistants had the opportunity to enhance their professional competencies and gain a clearer understanding of their role in building a positive, friendly, and effective learning environment for students.
