International Conference on Impacts of Globalization on Quality of Higher Education
SEAMEO RETRAC, June 20-21, 2013, in partnership with Hong Kong American Center (HKAC), hosted its annual International Conference on “Impacts of Globalization on Quality of Higher Education”.
