SEAMEO RETRAC stands for Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Training Center. It is an international organization, and, at the same time, closely participates in various national projects directed and funded by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam. SEAMEO RETRAC also provides different kinds of training and services in education including educational leadership and management, ICT, educational assessment and testing, quality assurance and accreditation, innovations in teaching and learning and so on.
