2013 AQAN Seminar and Roundtable Meeting on Building Quality Culture and National Qualifications Framework

At the invitation of ASEAN Quality Assurance Network (AQAN), the delegation of SEAMEO RETRAC headed by Dr. Ho Thanh My Phuong, the Center Director, attended 2013 AQAN Seminar and Roundtable Meeting with the theme “Building Quality Culture and National Qualifications Framework” held from October 16 to 18, 2013 at Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The participants included high ministerial officers from ASEAN countries; international experts and professionals in the field of quality assurance. Dr. Ho Thanh My Phuong chaired the plenary session of quality culture, mobility of higher education and ensuring quality assurance of higher education, and ASEAN quality assurance framework for higher education. SEAMEO RETRAC has been the Associate Member of AQAN since 2011.
