Professional Development Training Workshop on “Doing Interviews and Focus Group Research in Applied Linguistics”

The training workshop was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Stephen Moore, Senior Lecturer, Department of Linguistics, Macquarie University, Australia. The first part of the workshop focused on interviews and the second on focus groups. The workshop was very active and practical, enabling the participants to understand and use the instruments successfully in doing their research. The workshop drew the participation of about 30 teachers from the local schools and SEAMEO RETRAC.
