Training Workshop on Human Resource Management
From January 29th-31st, 2018, SEAMEO RETRAC carried out a workshop on human resource management in higher education. The workshop was designed to provide participants with knowledge, laws, and practices in human resource management in higher education. Attending the training workshop were 8 participants from colleges and universities in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces. Topics in the workshop were related to Staff Development, Professional Human Resource Management (within Labor Law), Motivating and Inspiring Staff, Professional Human Resource Management (within Public Servant Labor Law), Maintaining and Developing Human Resource.
