At the invitation of MOET, Dr. Do Huy Thinh attended the October 11 preparatory meeting for the establishment of a new SEAMEO regional center in Vietnam for lifelong learning (SEAMEO CELLL).
He had a presentation about the experiences and activities SEAMEO RETRAC had been through including sources of funding, diversification of programs and services, staff development in the face of lack of national budget and other key sources.
