SEAMEO RETRAC in collaboration with the National Foreign Languages 2020 Project is conducting the training workshop in “Capacity Building in Educational Leadership and Management” from November 21 to December 17, 2013.
Participants of the training course include leaders and core-managers from regional foreign language centers and potential institutions under NFLP 2020 in Vietnam. The training workshop is facilitated by highly experienced educational specialists and professors from SEAMEO RETRAC, California State University, Fullerton and Iowa State University (USA). The training course includes but is not limited to leadership and management skills, focusing on practices in strategic planning and project management. The training course includes two phases: face-to-face and online training. This blended mode of learning will provide participants with the opportunity to continue their training while they are still at work.
