This webinars aim to: 

  • Showcase and share the following best practices from the winners of the Waste Hero Awards
    • Outstanding programmes, innovative ideas, and community engagement activities on waste management, successfully implemented in Southeast Asian schools, 
    • Innovative classroom activities and teaching pedagogies on waste management which have been successfully conducted in classrooms by selected teachers, and    
    • Innovative ideas and engagement of students for planning and implementing Waste Management Programmes in schools. 
  • To empower school leaders, teachers and educators on waste management and circular economy and be able to adapt and apply the Waste Hero Education Resources, and best practices from the webinars in their schools and classrooms.
