Christmas fun fair for kids
On the twentieth of December, 2009, SEAMEO Kiddy programs organized Christmas Fun Fair for all Kiddy students. Visit of Thai Minister of Education, and SEAMEO Council President
On December 16 – 17, 2009, H. E. Mr. Jurin Laksanawisit, Minister of Education, Thailand, cum 44th SEAMEO Council President, paid a visit to the SEAMEO Regional Training Center in Vietnam. Joining the delegation were Dr. Vichai Vanadurongwan, Vice Minister of Education, Thailand, and Dato Dr. Ahamad bin Sipon, SEAMEO Secretariat Director, and members of the Ministry of Education, Thailand.
Exprience sharing at kiddy programs
On December 12, 2009, SEAMEO Kiddy Programs organized a sharing workshop to provide teachers with an opportunity to express their interests and share their teaching experiences in teaching children. Thirty five Vietnamese and native teachers teaching kiddy programs actively participated in this sharing session. Training course on moodle
From December 07 to 11, 2009, SEAMEO RETRAC in collaboration with SEAMEO SEAMOLEC organized a training course on Web-based Course Development Using Moodle for Lecturers. International certificate in English language teaching
The first intake of this three-week full time graduate-level certificate program, jointly conducted by Camosun College (Canada) and SEAMEO RETRAC, was commenced on November 23, 2009 This program has been approved by the Ministry of Education and Training, Vietnam, and qualifies graduates to apply for a work permit as an English language teacher in Vietnam.
