Training Course in Educational Management for Lao PDR
Being committed to the assistance for Lao PDR through the enhancement of educational management knowledge and skills, SEAMEO RETRAC – Vietnam conducted a training course from 28-30 July, 2008 in Vientiane, Lao PDR. SEAMEO Centre Directors Meeting 2008
The 2008 SEAMEO Centre Directors Meeting (CDM) was convened on 23-24 July 2008 at Eastin Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand with a new format which most of the centre directors and participants believed to be more effective and provided greater opportunity for collaboration. SUMMER CAMP 2008
Summer Camp is an official English training program for children jointly organized by SEAMEO RETRAC and the College of University Extended Education from California State University, Fullerton, USA (CSUF). This program has been implemented successfully in China before being conducted in Vietnam since 2006, which is highly appreciated in terms of usefulness and effectiveness. All experienced teachers, recruited by CSUF,
SEAMEO RETRAC directs its efforts on educational issues by undertaking innovative, relevant programs through research, training, consultancy, and staff exchanges; fostering regional and international partnerships; and engaging in other related activities within and outside the region.
