Virtual Seminar on “Innovations in higher education leadership and management: Leaders' roles and strategies for assuring institution's quality to thrive in the pandemic”, August 27, 2021

On August 27, 2021, SEAMEO RETRAC organized a Virtual Seminar on “Innovations in higher education leadership and management: Leaders’ roles and strategies for assuring institution’s quality to thrive in the pandemic” from 08:30 to 11:30 (GMT+7/Vietnam Time) on the Zoom platform and concurrently streamed via YouTube Live.

With the aim of providing opportunities for participants to share their ideas and exchange experiences on leadership and management in the crisis, the Seminar focused on equipping participants with best practices currently adopted to manage the academic institutions as well as strategies and innovations applied to ensure the institutions’ quality of teaching and learning during and in the post-COVID-19 era. The Seminar welcomed the participation of 05 distinguished speakers, who are representatives and leaders of different universities and colleges in Southeast Asia as well as in Canada. Attending the Seminar were around 80 participants who are leaders, educational administrators and lecturers from different universities and colleges from Cambodia, Canada, Lao PDR, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and USA.
